Apple is taking care of wireless charging technology for the iPhone and iPad, and it may see release the moment 2017, according to a brand new report in Bloomberg.

The company is considered developing technology with partners which could charge a phone from a minimum of some distance; current equipment with "wireless" inductive asking, like several competing phones together with Apple's own Watch, need to be in contact with the charging mat or sleep pad to draw sufficient strength.

Apple is rumored to get dropping the 3. 5mm headphone jack port in its upcoming apple iphone, which will presumably be called the iPhone 7 and get to the second half with this year. While this wireless charging solution might be too late for that device, it could eventually minimize one problem with loosing the 3. 5mm jack by giving another way to charge your phone while listening to music through Lightning-equipped headphones.

Until then, you might find yourself relying on wifi headphones and wired asking.
